In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Farmington Hills; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Michigan are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 11 amβ8:30 pm. It is closed on Tuesday. Most Chinese restaurant are about the same in tastes and decoration. This restaurant does have a second full menu of realistic dishes not just the americanized versions you expect.

Never thought the service is good but the food is not meet my expectation. We order the dish which is out of their menu call Xin Jiang Spicy Chicken which is all bones like chicken neck bones. Besides we also order the Braised Pork belly with the pickles which the meats has no flavour and hard to bite. After having their food, I have headache and needs to drink a lots of water. Which means their food contains too much of MSG. Overall, is the worst food I had for my visit to Troy at the moment.

Quick friendly service, quick tasty food, probably faster than fast food. Cooked to perfection. Clean and family friendly with large tables and spinny trays. Drinks are a bit expensive. Glad we tried out something new. Picnic time! Beware the giant pothole at the top of the hill. Don't go straight down the hill or your bumper will scrape out. Definitely leave on a diagonal. Worst entrance exit ever. Place doesn't stink like nasty air fresheners! It smells good like food!!

Drove 40 minutes for this place to try some authentic Chinese cuisine Another good authentic Chinese szachwan Chinese restaurant We ordered spicy pig feet in dry pot It was delicious. Could a little softer Next, we got the Chinese broccoli It was great lightly cooking, still crunchy, not overcooked, Next, we ordered sautΓ©ed vermicelli with spicy minced pork ,tastes great also not to sweet or salty. Next up was the global steam pork A touch of sweet but not too overpowering A hint of tea leaves cooked soft We also ordered mapo tufo It's a little spicy, oily soft tofu dish The last items we ordered were the Steam chicken in chill oil It was great, too They also offer American Chinese food If you're not interested or not used to real authentic Chinese szachwan dishes Everything was good. Fresh delicious food No complaints from me Szachwan Chinese dishes can be strong if u ordered spicy it because off the szachwan peppers corn It's strong, numb your taste buds if eaten too much Give this place a try if you're a fan of real authentic Chinese cuisine Definitely will be back if we're in the area

First time here, and it was a really good experience. The traditional regional dishes are delicious and more so the service was great. Our server explained things well and was helpful in taking questions. The flavors are great, I highly recommend the wood ear appetizer and the shredded pork, and the whole fish in black bean sauce if you like spicy food. Will return to try the dry pot dishes.
